A prayer service for students and schoolchildren was held in Lagan

This morning, at the Dargyeling Khurul in Lagan, a prayer service for students and schoolchildren took place. So that the new school year would be successful, so that studying would bring joy and inspiration, so that new knowledge would be well absorbed, those gathered, together with the clergy, offered their prayers to Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom.

A monk of the main Buddhist temple of Kalmykia “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni,” Yonten-gelung, spoke about Manjushri — the patron of all who strive for knowledge, and explained the correct pronunciation of the mantra of Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom: 🙏OM ARA PATSA NA DI🙏
