Day of Solidarity in the Fight Against Terrorism

September 3 is a tragic date in our calendar. On this day all of Russia bows its head in memory of all the victims of terrorist attacks. In all the temples of our country we raise our prayers for all those innocently killed. The monstrous events in Beslan in September 2004 became an enormous shock for the whole world. This event united all the residents of our country in the fight against terrorism. And the best weapon in this fight is the development of kindness, love, compassion and mutual understanding in our society. It is precisely these values that must become the banner around which all the people of the world will unite, regardless of nationality and religion. And then extremist ideas will never find support in our society, and terrorism will be deprived of any hope of success, since there will be no soil for its emergence. We all want to live in a peaceful and calm country, not to fear for our children and loved ones, and only by uniting will we be able to achieve what we desire. Dear countrymen, we wish each of you health and well-being. May peace and tranquility always reign in our society.
