Dedicating to Ushnishavijaya, the goddess who heals all illnesses…

The third deity of longevity to whom the prayer service was dedicated. The rituals for prolonging the years, “Nas utdullhn,” continue at the Central Khurul. On the eve, the monks together with the faithful offered prayers to the goddess Ushnishavijaya (Namҗl burkhn). She is called the goddess of virtuous merit, who heals all illnesses and cleanses from bad karma.

For two and a half hours the monks recited praises to the goddess of longevity, while asking to overcome all obstacles to a long and happy life. By the way, try to recite her mantra more often:

OM BHRUM SVAHA OM AMRITA AYURDADE SVAHA

Dear faithful, when taking part in these rituals, it is important to remember that one must come with the virtuous motivation of prolonging life not only for oneself and one’s relatives, but also while thinking of all living beings.

Tomorrow, starting at 9.00, the prayer service will begin, at which the monks will read the Sutra of the Long Life of Buddha Amitayus.
