Kalmyk language courses start on June 17 at the Central Khurul

Once again the Central Khurul is launching courses on studying the Kalmyk language.

Starting June 17, weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:00, in the conference hall of “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni,” Sergey Nikolaevich Artaev, Doctor of Philology and professor of the Department of Kalmyk Language, Mongolian Studies and Altaic Studies at Kalmyk State University, will begin conducting the classes. He is the permanent instructor of these courses, with extensive practical experience in teaching the Kalmyk language.

It is worth noting that for 15 years now the Central Khurul has been carrying out this important educational work, thanks to which many students have come not only to understand but also to speak their native language.
