Kalmykia in the Lens of Channel One.

Tomorrow, December 10, at 11:10, the next episode of the new travel show “Poyekhali” will air.
The hosts, Maria Osadnik and Evgeny Pokrovsky, travel all across Russia behind the wheel of their car, showcasing the country’s best tourist routes.

At the end of November, the creative team of the federal television channel visited the main Buddhist temple of Kalmykia. Badma Menyaev, the head of the “History of Buddhism” museum of the Central Khurul, spoke about the temple itself, about the décor of the large prayer hall, and, of course, about the upcoming celebration of the national holiday Zul.

What else will the hosts of the “Poyekhali” program tell us about? What other interesting places in our Republic did they visit? — we will find out this Saturday. By the way, the next program, which will air on December 17, will also be dedicated to Kalmykia.
