Kalmykia to Be Visited on a Pastoral Trip by His Eminence the Venerable Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche XIII
And we have good news. Once again, at the invitation of the Monastic Sangha of Kalmykia, our republic will be visited on a pastoral trip by the Venerable Kundeling Tatsak Rinpoche XIII. On April 11, His Eminence will arrive in Elista. The schedule of the high Teacher’s stay in Kalmykia is already ready. Rituals are planned both in the capital and in the districts of the republic, many interesting meetings with the faithful, and, of course, the Venerable Rinpoche will bestow a Teaching on the fundamentals of Buddhism.
🙏 On April 12, the high guest will bestow a blessing for the practice of Manjushri at “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni.” On the same day, at 16:00, Kundeling Rinpoche will bestow there a Teaching: “The Twelve Links of Dependent Origination.”
🙏 The following day, on Sunday, the Teacher will conduct a Long Life Empowerment ritual through the Deity White Tara. The ritual begins at 9:00. Also on this day, the lecture on the 12 links of dependent origination will continue.
🙏 On April 14, a trip to the settlement of Ketchenery is planned, where the Venerable Kundeling Rinpoche will conduct a long life ritual and give instructions on the fundamentals of Buddhism and the practice of “Refuge.” On the same day, in the evening at 18:00, the Teacher will continue his lecture for the faithful at the Central Khurul.
🙏 On April 16, His Eminence will visit the Lagan district. At the cremation site of the Kalmyk khan Donduk-Dashi, the “Sangsol” ritual will be performed. It begins at 11:00. There, too, the Venerable Rinpoche will bestow upon all those gathered a Teaching on the fundamentals of Buddhism.
🙏 On Thursday, April 17, Rinpoche will be welcomed in the settlement of Yashkul, where he will also conduct a ritual — a Long Life Empowerment through the deity White Tara. Kundeling Rinpoche will bestow instructions upon the faithful.
On the same day, at 18:00, the Teacher’s concluding lecture on dependent origination will take place at the Central Khurul.
