This morning, a prayer service was held at the Central Khurul, during which the monks offered their prayers for the repose of those who died yesterday in Derbent and Makhachkala, as well as for the swift recovery of the injured.

Today, the members of the Presidium of the Interreligious Council of Kalmykia issued a joint statement in connection with the terrorist attack in Dagestan. Each of the speakers noted the cruelty of the atrocity committed, while calling on believers to preserve unity and to offer one another mutual support.
