One of the most powerful protective amulets - the Ryu

Recently we have been receiving a great many inquiries about one of the protective amulets - the Ryu. It should be noted right away that the Ryu is not a special military amulet, but it has recently gained popularity among the military because it is one of the most powerful amulets.

Its main purpose is to protect the owner from misfortunes and illnesses, from curses and the evil eye, as well as to bring good fortune and inner harmony.
They are made according to all Buddhist canons by clergy from large monasteries such as Drepung, Gyümed, Ganden…

Outwardly, Ryu amulets come in various forms, mostly of fabric or metal. Inside such a “capsule” is the amulet itself, which is a round diagram consisting of several concentric circles. Inscribed in them are mantras, syllables, and symbols. In Tibetan this is called a “sungkor”, which literally translates as “protective circle”.
The monks carefully roll all of this up and tightly wind it with threads, over which a fabric shell is “put on”, sealed with the syllable HUM.
The Ryu is very complex to create and receives its power only after special rituals have been performed.

If possible, it must be worn on the body at all times. If the amulet is made in a fabric shell, it is important to protect it from water. Most importantly, the Ryu must not be opened, as the blessing power and might of the protective symbols will depart.

Take care of yourselves and your loved ones!
