Upon the conclusion of the solemn prayer service, a round table was held titled “The development of Buddhism in the 20th century in the territory of Tuva: features of development, the institution of Pandito Kamby Lama, notable dates.”
And a little earlier, from June 10 to 12, the all-Russian scientific and practical conference “Buddhist spiritual and moral values in shaping the family as the foundation of Russian society” was held at Tuvan State University. A very interesting discussion took place; the participants discussed the experience of the Buddhists of Tuva and other regions of the country regarding the upbringing and the formation of moral and ethical norms in the younger generation
