The “Sherning Dudok” ritual will be held in Elista

Dear faithful, tomorrow, October 15, at “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni” the “Sherning Dudok” ritual will take place — a ritual for removing obstacles by means of reciting the “Heart Sutra.”

During this large ritual, small pieces of dough will be distributed to the faithful, with which one should pass over the painful areas of the body, imagining that all the negativity, all the ailments, and most importantly all our defilements pass into this piece of dough.
