His audiobook “Meditations: Reflections of His Holiness the Dalai Lama” was recognized in the category “Best Audio Book, Narration & Storytelling Recording.” It is a series of brief spiritual instructions accompanied by musical compositions.

Commenting on this event, His Holiness emphasized that he views the award not as a personal achievement, but as an opportunity to more widely spread the values of peace, care for the environment, and the unity of humanity. “I am grateful to the Grammy Award for this recognition, which provides the opportunity to convey these ideas to a broader audience,” the Dalai Lama noted.
