Another meeting of the “Manjushri” club to be held at the Central Khurul

Tomorrow, May 8 at 2:00 p.m., a meeting of the “Manjushri” club will take place in the library of the Central Khurul. Shajin Lama of Kalmykia Telo Tulku Rinpoche will take part in the meeting. He will talk about the Buddhist vows of laypeople, vegetarianism, how and when to take the vow of sobriety, and what should be done on “matsg” days (days of fasting). Rinpoche will also touch on questions of Buddhist practice, maintaining a virtuous state of mind, generating bodhichitta, and more. All those present will be able to ask their questions directly to the Head of the Buddhists of Kalmykia. The broadcast of the “Manjushri” club meeting will be shown on the official YouTube channel of the Central Khurul “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni.”
