The faithful of Kalmykia offered their prayers to White Tara

Om tare tuttare ture mama ayur punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha… Today everyone who came to the Central Khurul recited this prayer to White Tara. It was through it that the life-extension ritual was held today.

We have written many times that the energy that characterizes this goddess is healing, health, longevity. White Tara is associated with tenderness, patience, and a peaceful disposition. The goddess treats living beings in a motherly way, all of them without exception. Among our people she is called “Khurdn därk”, that is, the help of White Tara comes after one turns to her through the mantra.

As some of the faithful noted in conversation with us, it is important to understand the purpose of attaining a long life. First, it allows the practitioner to perfect himself for as long as possible on the path of spiritual development, and, of course, there is the opportunity to bring benefit to all living beings.

At the conclusion of the ritual, everyone present was handed longevity pills, which had received blessings during the prayers that were recited. It is believed that they help remove all obstacles to a long and happy life. This pill, endowed with special power, should be brought home and divided among all the members of the family.
