Tomorrow the final life-extension ritual will be held at the Central Khurul of Kalmykia

The ritual will be performed with reliance on the bodhisattva of long life Amitayus. Amitayus is depicted in red and adorned with all the ornaments of the Bodhisattvas. He sits in the lotus posture, his hands holding a vase with the elixir of eternal life and the leaves of the ashoka tree, symbolizing “a long life free from suffering and illness.” Names for the ritual should be sent to the email address: moleben@khurul.ru.
