The third tantric ritual was held at “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni”
At the Central Khurul of Kalmykia, the obstacle-removing ritual “Torgyak” was performed, relying on Kalarupa, one of the protectors of the Gelug school. The ritual consisted of two parts. In the first part of the ritual, prayers of refuge and prayers of generating bodhichitta were recited, and in the second part the ritual of casting torma into the fire was performed. The Torgyak ritual is conducted so that there will be fewer natural disasters, calamities, and man-made catastrophes in the world. This ritual contributes to the pacification of harmful spirits and to harmony in the world.
