Three Days Until the Musical Offering to the Three Jewels

Three days until the most eagerly awaited event. On May 17, the First day of Urs Sar, Elista will host another Musical Offering to the Three Jewels.

Today Savr Kataev, the artistic director of the National Orchestra of Kalmykia and one of the organizers of this large-scale event, visited several municipalities of our republic: Maloderbetovsky, Ketchenerovsky, and Tselinny. In each district the musician held master classes.

With the future participants of the Offering, Savr Vyacheslavovich worked in detail on the nuances of performing the melodies that were included in the repertoire.

During the sessions the maestro shared the secrets of his craft, gave valuable recommendations on ensemble interaction, and helped the young musicians feel more deeply the sacred meaning of the works being performed.

The visit of the renowned art figure drew a great response among the students and teachers of the local art schools. The master classes became an important stage in the preparation for the upcoming celebration.
