The stay of the sacred relics of Kapilavastu on Kalmyk land is coming to an end. For exactly a week, every believer had the opportunity to behold the sacred relics of Buddha Shakyamuni, to venerate them, and to offer up their prayers for wellbeing. Tens of thousands of people visited the main Buddhist temple of Kalmykia during these days, and these were not only city residents and inhabitants of the republic's districts, but also guests from other cities of our country.
